In my capacity as director of Studio Leonardo, authorized to communicate with the Data Owner regarding the collection, processing and distribution of obtained data, processing results, conclusions, graphs, tables, images, etc. (hereinafter referred to as Data) I provide the following

STATEMENT ON CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA

I am aware that the Data that I receive in the entire communication with the Data Owner or that I receive in a direct or indirect way as a result of Data processing are the property of the Data Owner.

I declare that the Data that was available to me, as well as those that will be available to me during the processing of the Data, will not be presented or made available in any other way to anyone except persons authorized by the Data Owner, and that I will take all security measures for protection confidentiality of Data.

By decision of the Data Owner, we are authorized to enter and update the Data base, process it in AMOS, SPSS, Excel, Word, Paintnet, etc. applications, all for the needs, on behalf and for the account of the Data Owner, with full respect for the confidentiality of the Data.

By fulfilling the agreed payment terms on the part of the Data Owner, we are bound by the data confidentiality agreement.

We undertake to act responsibly when working with Data, according to the rules of the profession and customs (attention of a good expert).

I give this Statement under full responsibility, it represents my true will and is irrevocable, and I sign it as a sign of agreement.
